4th Week: Report Time

Wow....can you believe it's been 4 weeks!
Time to report in....

I got a 69!

I got a 70...I know I wouldn't be doing as good if Heather hadn't thrown out the challenge!! but like I said earlier...I am one competitive person and I don't like losing!! :)

Well thanks to the doctor's note, thanks by the way team, I got 65 this week.

1. Drink 64 ounces of water daily (8 glasses of water)

2. 45 minutes of exercise (doesnt have to be consecutive, but i would suggest to get the most out of your exercise... to do it all together)

3. No Soda or Alcohol

4. No sweets (desserts, pastries, candy, sugary snacks, or cereals), fast food, or unhealthy snacks (ex:chips)
*sugar-free alt. are ok.

5. Consume 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of vegetables

6. No eating after 8 PM

7. Read of 15 min. of spiritual reading or uplifting text

8. Write in your journal

9. Express specific appreciation, love, or praise to another person

10. Personal goal- each week make a personal goal for everyday (read to kids, organize a closet, get 8 hours of sleep)

There are 10 possible points a day. You get 1 point for each wellness guideline you accomplish. Your weekly goal is 70 points.

-Free points: YOU ONLY GET ONE FREE POINT IN EACH CATEGORY, EACH WEEK. For ex: One day a week you could choose to skip exercising, but you would still get the point-if you miss it once. This is the same for each category. Or, you might choose to just have one free day! However, these are not roll-over points! Un-used free points will be lost at the end of each week.
